Service availability is subject to prevailing conditions and may be altered or halted at any time.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To reserve a yacht, you are required to:
- Be of legal age, 18 years or over
- Present complete and truthful details
- Make a deposit as stated in your booking agreement
- Adhere to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking is subject to payment receipt and our subsequent written approval. We maintain discretion to decline service to anyone.
3.3 Availability
All charters are contingent on yacht availability and favorable weather conditions, with reasonable efforts made to accommodate your requested schedule.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are presented in £ and are inclusive of relevant taxes unless indicated otherwise. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: A payment of 50% of the total charter cost is required upon booking.
- Balance: The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the charter sets sail.
- Extra charges (if applicable): Payable upon the charter’s conclusion.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept various major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and verified cheques. Our payment processing utilizes secure, encrypted methodologies.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If cancelled more than 72 hours in advance: Full refund minus any processing costs
- For cancellations 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% of the payment will be refunded
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Unfortunately, no refund can be offered
5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations
In case of unsafe weather as determined by our captain, we will propose to either:
- Reschedule the charter to a convenient later date at no extra cost.
- Process a full refund if rescheduling proves impractical.
5.3 Mechanical Concerns
Should a technical issue arise with the vessel assigned to you, we will endeavor to source an appropriate replacement. Should such a substitute be unavailable, we will issue a complete refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests are obliged to:
- Obey all instructions from the crew
- Utilize the provided safety equipment as needed
- Disclose any health conditions that might influence their security
- Stay within the vessel’s designated passenger areas
6.2 Prohibited Items
Certain items are not allowed aboard the vessel:
- Glassware
- Illicit substances
- Weapons of any kind
- Possession of excessive beverages beyond a reasonable quantity for personal consumption
- Animals (exceptions may apply upon earlier permission)
6.3 Conduct
We expect all passengers to behave respectfully. Charters may be ended prematurely, without refund, should any passenger's actions represent a safety concern or substantially disrupt others’ enjoyment.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our accountability is restricted to the amount paid for your charter. Our responsibilities do not extend to:
- Personal harm caused by passenger negligence
- Theft or damage of personal belongings
- Any indirect, successive, or punitive damages
- Delays arising from meteorological conditions or other factors outside our influence
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our operations, including all vessels, are defended by a comprehensive marine insurance policy. Clients should arrange their personal travel and property insurance individually.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services signals your acceptance of the inherent perils associated with maritime endeavors, accepting personal accountability for your own protection and safety.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
Adjustments to itineraries, journey paths, or timetables may occur due to weather, safety, or operational needs. All efforts will be made to afford a comparable alternative experience where necessary.
9. Force Majeure
Events outside our jurisdiction, including but not restricted to, may cause delays, cancellations, or variations to scheduled services:
- Significant meteorological disturbances
- Natural catastrophes
- Governmental orders
- Harbor closures
- Vessel malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal details are managed as per our Privacy Policy. The use of our services implies your consent to our data collection and usage practices outlined within that policy.
11. Intellectual Property
