What does a standard yacht charter include?
Our charters come with a skilled crew, all required safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Depending on the charter type, inclusions vary—for example, sunset cruises come with upscale refreshments and snacks, while business charters offer corporate catering options and meeting facilities.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your desired date, it's best to reserve your charter 2–3 weeks beforehand, or even earlier from May to September due to high demand. For corporate gatherings and personal celebrations, we suggest booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and accommodate any custom requests.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is our foremost concern. In the event that our captain determines that weather conditions are hazardous, we'll propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We closely monitor the weather and will get in touch with you if the forecast seems uncertain 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
May I bring my food and refreshments?
While guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks, we also provide tailor-made catering services to suit your tastes. Kindly note that for safety reasons, bringing glass containers on board is not allowed.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to be as inclusive as possible. Certain yachts in our fleet are designed with better accessibility in mind. To assist us in selecting the right yacht and arranging necessary amenities to suit your requirements, please discuss your needs with us when making a reservation.
What's the cancellation policy?
Guests who cancel their booking more than 72 hours before departure are entitled to a full refund. Those who cancel between 24 and 72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours before the departure are non-refundable unless it's due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical problems on our side.
